Every idea starts with a problem. We were disappointed by businesses taking too long to respond to an email. We were fed up with poor customer service. We were tired of chasing suppliers to give them our business. But what we realized is that they just needed a little help; they were trying to do it all. They needed someone to re-inspire them, to help them think through their processes and take away cumbersome daily tasks.
